An educator for over 20 years, I now use those skills to help my clients with the purchase/sale of their home. I enjoy the satisfaction of helping folks find the home that fits their needs and their pocketbooks and makes them happy, whether it's a custom home, acreage, downsize or starter home. For Sellers I market your home by starting with a free CMA to come up with a competitive price. Communication, internet advertising, newspaper advertising, open houses, signs, and custom flyers are just a part of the service I offer.
I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations. Continually, though, I am taking classes and striving to be more knowledgeable as the market changes. I'm currently completing my GRI and studying for my Broker's license.
I work hard for my clients and maintain myself as a professional. However, as in my teaching, laughter is the antidote to the stress of either learning algebra or dealing with real estate. I enjoy people, all ages, and would love to help you.
Meet Heather
As a small business owner I've been in property management for the last three years in the Leavenworth area. Now I've teamed up with my mom. Together we can meet all your real estate needs.
I graduated from TESC in 2002. My field of concentration for my Bachelors was Computer Science. I got my AA in 2000, with area of emphasis being Interior Design. I also won an Art Scholarship in 2004 and will soon be an accredited artist.
